Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Madjeston Dairy (VAT No 286526469) and yourself. By purchasing this ticket, you accept that Madjeston Dairy partners is not liable for any injuries or accidents to visitors while on site, accidental loss or damage to personal effects howsoever caused and that you use these premises and all facilities at your own risk.

Tickets

Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. Your experience entry is only permissible when the Madjeston Dairy DigiTicket confirmation is presented, either printed out or on your smart device. We reserve the right to take walk-ins, subject to availability and at our discretion.

Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable after purchase.

Cancellations

If Madjeston Cafe has to close for whatever reason including bad weather, safety, or technical issues, your session tickets with be either moved to another session or refunded in full. We reserve the right to decide what we will offer at the time. There is no guarantee you will be offered a refund.

Safety

Please be aware we are a real working farm, therefore the ground is uneven in places, and it is likely to be muddy. Please wear suitable footwear and take care. All children under 16 years old are required to be supervised fully during their visit to Madjeston Dairy by an adult over the age of 18 years.

Behaviour

Madjeston Dairy and its staff reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if the rules are broken or if their behaviour is considered inappropriate.

Smoking

Strictly no smoking around animals, children or in any undercover structure.

Dogs

Dogs are very welcome when visiting the farm and café. All dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times. We cannot allow dogs to be a part of any animal experiences.
